How to indicate the scene status by the switch LED
In the Terncy app, in order to achieve a visual representation of the scene activation status, a new feature has been introduced of indicating scene activation status by the switch LED, this article will explain how to set up this feature.
Notes:
* This feature is only supported on Home Center v3.2.3 or above, and Terncy app v3.0.29 or above.
* In the scene, it supports binding the switch of the LED indicator light: switches with programmable (except wireless switches), switches that convert relays into programmable (except switch modules)
* Devices that support binding LED indicators include: group devices (except curtains), lamps, smart switches (except wireless switches), switch modules and smart sockets
How to bind LED indicators by the scene
1.To add or edit a scene, enter the ‘Edit Scene’ page, tap ‘Bound LED Indicators’, choose the switch button to be associated, and tap the “Complete” button;
2.Add execution actions, name the scene and assign rooms, tap the “Complete” button to save the scene, and the scene bound LED indicator is added successfully;
3.After completing the above steps, the scene is activated, and the associated button indicatoris on, the scene is not activated, and the associated button indicator is off, providing users with more intuitive feedback.
How to bind LED indicators by the device
1.Long press to enter the device details page, pull down to the “Others” option, and tap ‘Bound LED Indicators’;
2.Enter the “Select device” page, select one or more switch buttons, and tap the “Complete” button, at this time, the device bound LED indicator is successful;
3.After completing the above steps, the device is turned on, and the associated button indicatoris on, the device is turned off, and the associated button indicatoris off;
4.Scenes or devices that successfully bound LED indicators are all listed on the button details page of the bound switch.
